Brain food: CHOCOLATES

I had the  best time with my sisters and friends last weekend. After spending too much time at work, I was so happy that I went back to my hometown and spend a few days there. Even if that was just a short period of time, it adds a refreshment to my mind plus the foods and the place helped me recover suffering from too much stress.

I eat lots of chocolates whenever I am stressed from work and any other different problems. I don't know but it just makes me feel better.
